Former Orem HS LB Noah Sewell Carted Off In Oregon’s Game Against UCLA

EUGENE, Ore. – Former Orem star and current Oregon true freshman linebacker Noah Sewell was carted off the field in the third quarter against UCLA.
With the Ducks holding a 31-28 lead over the Bruins with 5:24 left in the third, UCLA running back Demetric Felton was tackled into Sewell’s leg.
The former Tiger was attended to by medical trainers. He needed to be helped onto the cart as he couldn’t put any weight on his leg.

Entering this week, Sewell was a big part of Oregon’s defense, racking up 8 tackles, 2 tackles for loss and one sack.
In the game against the Bruins, Sewell had 5 tackles, including 3 solo tackles, one sack and a forced fumble.
Coming out of high school, Sewell was a five-star prospect in the 2020 class. As the No. 1 recruit in the state of Utah, he was the No. 2 linebacker in the country, only behind fellow Duck Justin Flowe. Sewell was the No. 13 prospect in the entire nation.
The Ducks knocked off the Bruins, 38-35 to improve to 3-0 on the season. They will travel to Corvallis to face their rival Oregon State on Friday, November 27 at 5 p.m. MST on ESPN.
