PULLMAN, Washington – Bill Walton making football predictions on the set of ESPN’s College Gameday. Could there be a better celebrity guest picker?
Walton was tabbed as the celebrity guest picker for Gameday as the traveling roadshow was at Bill Walton’s alma mater, UCLA for the Bruins game against Pac-12 rival Oregon.
Bill Walton and the College Gameday crew make their #BYU-Washington State picks.
Walton: “Danny Ainge isn’t playing. Krešimir Ćosić isn’t playing. Stan Watts isn’t play either. I’m going with Washington State.”

One of the games that Walton and the College Gameday crew picked on the week eight slate was BYU versus Washington State. No surprise, considering Bill Walton is the ambassador for the Conference of Champions.
Walton is sticking with the Pac-12 as he picked Washington State to take down BYU. He gave his prediction in only a way Bill Walton could deliver.
“Danny Ainge isn’t playing. Kresimir Cosic isn’t playing and Stan Watts…isn’t playing either,” said Walton. “I’m going with Washington State…I love Cougars *Rawr*!”
Everyone on the College Gameday set picked Washington State over BYU except Desmond Howard. The former Heisman Trophy winner picked BYU last week against Baylor. Maybe the Cougs in blue can deliver for the former Michigan man this week on the Palouse.
BYU versus Washington State kicks off today at 1:30 p.m. (MT) on FS1. You can listen to the game on KSL NewsRadio, your legacy home of the BYU Cougars on 102.7 FM and 1160 AM.
