Taysom Hill Leads Local NFL Players In Week 5 With Explosive Performance

SALT LAKE CITY – Former BYU Cougars and current New Orleans Saints standout Taysom Hill led all local players in Week 5 thanks to his big four-touchdown performance against the Seattle Seahawks.

Here is how all of the players with ties to the state of Utah performed during the fifth week of the season.

Former Utah Utes

Leki Fotu – Defensive Lineman – Arizona Cardinals (2-3)

The former Utah defensive lineman had four total tackles and one solo tackle in Arizona’s 20-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Tyler Huntley – Quarterback – Baltimore Ravens (3-2)

The former Utah quarterback and the Ravens beat the Cincinnati Bengals, 19-17.

Marcus Williams – Safety – Baltimore Ravens (3-2)

The former Utah defensive back had two tackles before leaving early with a wrist injury in Baltimore’s 19-17 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

Zack Moss – Running Back – Buffalo Bills (4-1)

The former Utah running back had one carry for seven yards in Buffalo’s 38-3 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Marquise Blair – Safety – Carolina Panthers (1-4)

The former Utah defensive back and the Panthers suffered a 37-15 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.

Jaylon Johnson – Cornerback – Chicago Bears (2-3)

Garett Bolles – Offensive Line – Denver Broncos (2-3)

The former Utah offensive lineman suffered a season-ending leg injury during Denver’s 12-9 overtime to the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday, October 6.

Tim Patrick – Wide Receiver – Denver Broncos (2-3)

The former Utah wide receiver is currently on Denver’s Injured Reserve list with a knee injury. The Broncos suffered a 12-9 overtime to the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday, October 6.

Mitch Wishnowsky – Punter – San Francisco 49ers (3-2)
